Our fine grind rabbit blend includes meat, bones and organs. The rabbits come to us from local farms in Pennsylvania. All rabbits are harvested at our USDA inspected meat processing facility, Lehigh Valley Meats. Once harvested, the rabbits are set to chill overnight then ground, packaged and frozen to ensure product integrity, quality and freshness.
