Our fine grind chicken blend is a whole bird blend, minus feet and feathers. We use nature’s perfect recipe, so your pet receives optimal nutrition. These free-range birds come from local farms in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
All birds are harvested at our USDA inspected meat processing facility, Lehigh Valley Meats. Once harvested the birds are set to chill over night then ground, packaged and frozen to ensure product integrity, quality and freshness.

Have ordered the chicken for a few months now. Started out great and my pups did well on it. The latest batch had lots of tiny stones in most of the containers. I was told this is possible with whole ground free range chickens. I was uncomfortable with it but was still feeding, until my younger pup refused to eat any food with the chicken in it. So far I’ve stopped feeding.

Love the packaging, and it seems like it’s great quality. My cat was raw-fed from a larger-scale online retailer I had tried, but I was intrigued by the prospect of trying something local. Born Wild does not disappoint! My cat dove right in with no problems, he loves it and I love the quality and quantity.
